In the midst of the idyllic green is our country house, which we renovated with much love in 2007 to create a beautiful living space for us and for our guests.
Currently, we offer the Landstüberl (25m²) and a country apartment (30m²). When staying in the Landstüberl you have your own access directly from the garden, whilst in the country apartment you can enjoy the peace on our huge sun terrace or prepare a delicious meal with the small integrated kitchen.
All accommodations have their own bathroom as well as Internet TV and WLAN for free.

The Forsthaus Wartenfels is known for its unique cottage flair with feel-good character.

The Karl Rittmann House of Freilassing‘s cycling and hiking enthusiasts, is named after the former mayor of the city of Freilassing, Karl Rittman. It is located at 820 m above sea level on the western slope of the Schober Mountain. From there you can take beautiful walks, as well as bike tours with MTB or road bikes. Lake Fuschl is only 3 km away and invites you to take a swim on hot summer days.

Our organic farm is situated in a sunny and quiet location in the middle of the countryside.
It is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking in our beautiful nature, be it a hike up to the summit of the Schober Mountain or a peaceful walk to the Fuschlsee (walking time: about 20 minutes).
